 ATTENTION DOG FEEDERS/ OWNERS

• DOGS can NOT be fed at any arbitrary area inside the society. (High Court)

• They can be fed only at the designated DOG FEED AREA which is an Isolated Place away from the areas frequented by residents, especially Children and Senior Citizens. (High Court)

• DOG feeding at the private CAR PARKING AREA is completely illegal (HIgh Court)

• Pet Dogs are to be taken only in the SERVICE LIFTS, even if it means waiting time. They can be taken in the residents lifts only when the service lift is not working. (Noida Authority)

• Pet Dogs are to be LEASHED all the time while in public places. (Animal Welfare Board of India, 2015, Noida Authority 2022)

• Any poop or urine by a Pet Dog will have to be CLEANED IMMEDIATELY by the Pet Owner (Animal Welfare Board of India, 2015, Noida Authority 2022)

• If the violators don't clean, they will have to pay successive FINES of Rs 100, 200 and 500. (Noida Authority 2022)

• Residents to report any violation to Security Guards or Police (112).

• Residents are also requested to make a video of any miscreant/ violator to be shared with the Security/ Police (112) for the identification purpose.
